How Drone Application Works
We can spread dry materials such as fertilizers and cover crop seedings, not just liquids!
Advantages of Drone Application
Spray wet or spread dry materials for between
$3.50 and $7.50 per acre (depending on terrain)
Using Orchard Gap Aviation’s application services saves you time by covering any terrain regardless of soil conditions (such as directly after a heavy rain). Additionally, aerial application can be 3 to 4 times faster than ground application and far cheaper than traditional aerial methods. When combined with our crop-monitoring services, we can save you money through more targeted application of fertilizers and pesticides, making sure the deposited materials go only where they are needed in less time.
We can apply any spreadable liquid or dry material; fertilizers, grass seed, cover crops, pesticides, and more.*
*Subject to local licensing, regulations, and laws.
Aside from traditional crop treatment, we can help landowners apply treatments to steep grades, grading and timber companies efficiently re-seed after clearing land, treating the fence-rows of livestock owners, and other times that spot-applications or steep terrain make traditional application options difficult, dangerous, or time-consuming.

Initial Consultation
After filling out a questionnaire (click here), schedule a free initial consultation with our team. We will come out and look at your site.
We will establish whether or not it is safe to fly in the area, perform an initial mapping, and perform a demonstration flight for you to establish the efficacy of the service. If everything goes well, we can begin applying directly afterward.
The consultation and first hour of application are completely free!
